The Nation: Cold Sun rising

The sun will go into “hibernation” mode around 2030, and it has already started to get sleepy. At the Royal Astronomical Society’s annual meeting in July, Professor Valentina Zharkova of Northumbria University in the UK confirmed it – the sun will begin its Maunder Minimum (Grand Solar Minimum) in 15 years. Other scientists had suggested years ago that this change was imminent, but Zharkova’s model is said to have near-perfect accuracy.

  1. Russ, the light from the sun to the earth comes in 8 minutes. Sunspots already decreased -> should have changed intensity after 8 minutes, NOT in 30 years! Your Nostradamuses are buying time for the Warmist = they are even bigger liars! By 2030, the Marxist would be in full control of everything, will claim that they ”prevented” global warming, AND: the next few generations will be condemned under Bolshevik’s oppression; thanks to the dishonest sun effect…

the truth: overall global temperature is always the same; HONEST laws of physics don’t permit the planet to get warmer or colder than normal, for more than few minutes! TEMPERATURE SELF ADJUSTING MECHANISM IS PERFECT. Marxist shouldn’t be blamed any more for manipulating the masses; they get the money, the power and the great assistance from the ”skeptics”…

Interesting that you said 2030s….. I recall reading in, I believe, the 1990 IPCC report (but I could be wrong) – they claimed there might be a cooling period coming in around 2030.
