Is this another indicator for the next grand minimum?
Over the last 15 years, US temperatures have plummeted at a rate of almost eight degrees per century.
The only year that alarmists can see is 2012.

2013 will finish colder than its current value, after the big blast of Arctic air coming in this week.
Is this an indicator for the coming grand minimum ?
Over the past decade, temperatures in England have been dropping at a rate of 11ºC per century.
Weak solar cycles have been associated with Grand Minimums and cooler temperatures. Are we on the cusp of our next Grand Minimum?
WUWT’s resident solar expert Dr. Leif Svalgaard (and others) says ‘None of us alive have ever seen such a weak cycle’ and the panel he was on talk about the current state of our solar cycle at the AGU Fall Meeting.

The trend to colder winters here in Europe and elsewhere, all the way to China in the Far East and the east coast of the USA, has truly been robust over the last 10 years. From this we conclude that we hardly can anticipate warmer winters for the near future and that it may remain that way for a very long time should the solar relationship be confirmed. Therefore add more anti-freeze in the windscreen wiper reservoir of your car! Winter has arrived and likely it isn’t going to be a mild one!
